Mrs. Heather Webb -Assistant Principal

Hello, Valmead Lynx Family!

My name is Heather Webb, and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Valmead Elementary School. I am excited to work alongside our students, staff, families, and community as we continue building a school where every child feels supported, challenged, and valued.

Before becoming an assistant principal, I served as a Student Success Specialist/Instructional Coach, supporting teachers and students in grades Pre-K through fifth grade. That experience strengthened my belief that student success happens when we combine high expectations, strong instruction, meaningful relationships, and a school culture where everyone feels like they belong.

As an administrator, one of my greatest priorities is building relationships. I want our students to know that they have adults at school who believe in them, our teachers to feel supported in the important work they do each day, and our families to know that they are valued partners in their child's education. I believe that some of the most meaningful moments in school leadership happen in classrooms, hallways, the cafeteria, the car rider line, and conversations with students, staff, and families.

I am proud to be part of the Valmead community and excited about the work we are doing together. Change and growth take teamwork, and I believe there is something special about a school community that is willing to learn, grow, and move forward together.
